Through quality support and housing services, we help clients gain the life skills they need to build the foundations for independent living. In addition, residents in our extra care and retirement living schemes have access to the care and support they require to live independently whilst our home care services support people to live in their own homes.

We offer a range of support services to enable people to live independently and achieve their personal goals – whether that is to get a job, have their own home or make new friends.
HOME CARE
Addcare Ltd Supported Living is there to provide personalised support when and where you need it. Our staff will always treat you, your family and home with dignity and respect. With over a decade of experience delivering care and support to a range of people, you can put your trust in us – no matter how big or small the task.
Domiciliary care and support with aspects of everyday life, such as personal care, healthy eating, medication, maintaining the home, paying bills, shopping, budgeting and maintaining tenancies.
SUPPORT TOOLS INCLUDE:
- Self-assessments – give you the opportunity to assess your own care and support needs
- Individual or personal budgets – enable you to make your own decisions about how your care and/or support is delivered
- Direct payments – give you money in lieu of services and so allow you greater choice and control over how your individual or personal budget is spent.
- We believe all people have the potential to find their own solutions given the right support. Our supported living staff work alongside individuals to help them take control, overcome challenges and fulfil their aspirations.
